We use your information to: - Process monthly parking applications and manage your account - Respond to enquiries and contact form submissions - Send transactional emails (application confirmations, billing notices) - Operate LPR (licence plate recognition) access control - Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in Australia). Signature images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain application data for the duration of your parking agreement plus seven years for accounting purposes.

We use the following trusted third-party services: - Stripe — Payment processing (PCI DSS compliant) - Resend — Transactional email delivery - Supabase — Database and storage - Google Analytics 4 — Anonymous site analytics

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.
