We collect information you provide directly to us, including: - Name, email address, and phone number (sign-up and contact forms) - Billing address and vehicle registration plates (monthly parking applications) - Signature data (for parking agreements) - Payment is handled manually through admin follow-up — we do not process payments online or store card details

We use your information to: - Process monthly parking applications and manage your account - Respond to enquiries and contact form submissions - Send transactional emails (application confirmations, billing notices) - Operate LPR (licence plate recognition) access control - Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in Australia). Signature images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain application data for the duration of your parking agreement plus seven years for accounting purposes.

5. Third Parties

We use the following trusted third-party services: - Resend — Transactional email delivery - Supabase — Database and storage

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Your Rights

Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. To make a request, email info@kiwi-parking.co.nz.

7. Cookies

This site uses essential cookies for session management only. We do not use third-party analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

8. Website Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how visitors use our website. When you visit broadwaycarpark.co.nz, we automatically collect:

- The pages you visit and the time you spend on them - Your device type (mobile, tablet, desktop), browser, and operating system - Your general geographic location (country and city, not your precise address) - The website that referred you to us (if any) - UTM campaign parameters if you clicked a tracked link

We do not:
