The first month's full or pro-rata fee is required on or before your start date. Monthly fees thereafter are payable in advance on or before the 1st business day of each month.
Yes - either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Kiwi Parking may, at its discretion, accept one month's parking fee in lieu of notice.
You'll receive an access card. There's a one time setup cost of $40 per card.
